Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send it back and for us to receive the items. If we don’t receive the items within the 14 days, they will be sent back to you and the request will not stand.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD - EXTENDED UNTIL 03/01/2026 - PLEASE KEEP RETURNS SLIP IN WITH THE PARCEL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND WHEN RETURNING.

We will not accept or process any return without the packing slip (order confirmation) included, as we deal with a high volume of orders and do not have the time to trace who it is from. If the order confirmation sheet is not included, we will not know who the return is from.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If items are sent back without the packaging, there is a £5.00 charge for each item that came within a bag, as new bags have to be purchased for us to be sell the item on again.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@caverncorner.co.uk - please let us know that you are returning the product and provide any tracking references you may have. Please allow up to 5 working days for a response. The more you email us after your first email, the longer it takes for us to get to you, as emails are filtered from the oldest first: each subsequent email sent in makes the email chain to the system appear as a new email, meaning a delayed response, as we are working from the oldest first.

Please send an email to the quoted email address above if you do send the item back, thus ensures we know what to swap the item to or if we need to refund it. Your delivery fee will be refunded to you if you are returning the item for a refund (making it a free return).

 

Pre-sale items
Pre-sale orders cannot be cancelled in flight, all information is clear and visible within the product on the website. Information on the delivery date in within the description of the product. Pre-sale items can only be refunded once received by the purchaser, shipped after the sending date quoted on the specific product. If the date of the pre-sale has surpassed and you have not received your item, we are able to cancel the order at this point.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Delays with Royal Mail or DPD we do not account for, if you wish to chase compensation with either of the two company's we are happy to provide a tracking reference/details to pursue the claim. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
